First of all I have to say that I love this course. It is so eye opening for me!
I recorded two of my classes today, I analyzed it and I found out that:
• While teaching young learners I repeated the words and expressions too many times
• The kids spoke less than I actually thought they did
• With teenagers and upper level students I don't repeat much, but I asked too many yes/no questions instead of questions that ask student to explain and speak more
• The image I have about myself as a teacher differs from the one that was recorded on the transcript
• I found a new me I was not aware of
• I have a great feedback now I can learn from!

What a discovery: "I found a new me I was not aware of." Caleb Gattegno the person who originated The Silent Way said that the only thing we can learn is awareness. I focus on this point in Small Changes. So your saying "I found a new me I was not aware of" resonates 1000% with what I hope is a central theme of this course.
